Estimating
Our estimating department brings a combination of 25 years of construction estimating experience. We have invested heavily in advanced earthwork modeling software. Our software and professional staff produce detailed and accurate estimates for an efficient and cost effective estimate regardless of the size of your project.

Just imagine going on a virtual three-dimensional drive of your new road and house site or your proposed commercial site. With our advanced technology and well versed staff we eliminate the imprecise, time consuming restraints of manual digitizing or just plain old calculations using a calculator and a note pad. This technology allows us to quickly develop precision three-dimensional earthwork models based on the coordinate geometry of two-dimensional CAD files. These models allow us to carefully analyze and evaluate earthwork using multiple variables, to provide feedback valuable to both the designer and most importantly, the owner for a timely competitive bid.

Safety
At Carlisle Construction safety is not just a buzz word, it is our number one priority – everyday, period! Our operators are dedicated, fully trained and committed to safety, customer service and excellence. Our field personnel receives extensive, continual training in the area of their expertise, such as instruction on the latest laser controlled equipment, the latest asphalt paving technology, etc. but above all, continual training in how to work safely. This commitment to safety insures that our customers always have a safe and clean job site.

Equipment and Crews
Our large supply of talented operators and larger supply of equipment and dump truck’s make it possible for us to accomplish the smallest chip seal drive way repair job to a full two year commercial project. Our predominately new model tractors and trucks are well maintained by our fully staffed service department. We have equipment for most every need from large tractors and scrapers, all the way down to mini-excavators and skidsteer loaders.

On our larger jobs we use the latest technology available to run our Global Positioning Systems (GPS) to build the exact job site that the customer, designer and our estimating department has decided to accomplish. Our heavy equipment uses on-board computers to build and grade your project in a very efficient and timely manner. In short the less man hours and equipment hours needed to accomplish the project the lower the cost for our customers.
